Function Room
Club Alamanda has a hirable space that is available to residents only. The room is approximately 10m wide and 20m deep and can accommodate up to 80 persons.

The Function Room can accommodate up to 80 people.
Rules of Use:
Amenities available to the room include:
- 75 chairs
- 20 trestle tables (dimensions 1.8m long, 90 cm wide and with a drop of 82 cm)
- Laptop connection (HDMI) and projector
- Headphone jack connected to speakers for music and or audio
- Microphones
- Microwave
- Small fridge
Members must note that the use of but not limited to: reheat devices, electronic equipment and jumping castles are not permitted in the room.
Members must supply, prior to function approval, copies of caterers, entertainers and service provider’s current public liability insurance and certificate of currency.
