Fridays are hitting differently starting this month!

Introducing BoxFit with Coach Neill – your brand new 45-minute, high-energy boxing and conditioning session designed to fire you up before the day even begins.

This is your Friday power-up. Your sweat session. Your “I did that before 7 am” moment. Because while everyone else is hitting snooze, you’ll be hitting pads.

WHEN:
Fridays
(Starting 20th February)

TIME:
6:00 am – 6:45 am

SUITABLE FOR:
Ages 16+

What to Expect

  • Boxing pad work
  • Footwork and technique drills
  • Cardio intervals and conditioning
  • Core finisher
  • Stretch to reset

No sparring. No head contact. Just smart training, serious sweat, and a whole lot of energy.

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Quick hand wraps (strongly recommended)
  • Gloves, if you have them (pads provided)
