A new term is your invitation to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with both your body and your community. This season at Club Alamanda, we’re welcoming residents back with two feel-good weekly classes designed to balance calm and energy, stillness and joy.
Whether you’re craving a peaceful reset or a lively midweek lift, this term offers space to move, breathe, and belong. Complimentary for inducted Alamanda residents, these sessions are about feeling good together.
